A fitness test gives you the facts about your current performance, establishes your training intensity zones and provides you with advice and guidance for improvement.
Tests are performed using a Wattbike Trainer and includes:
Baseline of your current performance
Training zones established (Heart rate, power and perceived exertion)
Thorough consultation exploring your goals, lifestyle and current exercise routine
Written summary report
£120 /per single session (1.5-2hrs)
£300 /per block of 3 sessions (to be used at 2-3 month intervals)

Tailored training designed to suit your development needs and meet the demands of your goals and objectives.
Initial fitness test and consultation will establish the format of your individualised coaching support.
Your training plan, with your daily workouts are communicated through Training Peaks. Workouts prescribed and reviewed. Progression reviewed.
Face-to-face sessions are planned within your schedule according to your physical and technical requirements.
Monthly recovery sports massage.

An 8-12 week training plan developed specifically for you towards your goal or target event. Developed from either a free consultation or more accurately, from a fitness test booked with Charlie.

Technical sessions are fundamental to efficiency as a bike rider. Charlie can help you to develop your core skills, from efficient use of gears and brakes, to posture and body position on the bike for different trail conditions, to cornering, line choice, front wheel lifts, bunny hops and group riding skills.

A deep tissue or sports massage to help you recover from the strains of training, helps to ease aches and pains. This treatment addresses the typical issues that arise following riding or racing, for example overcoming arm pump, shoulder and neck tension, lower back pain and tired, sore legs.
